Traditional recipe.  Add juice 1:3 or 1:2 to milk, water (still or fizzy) for delicious and refreshing drink.  Flavours cocktail and kombocha, too!

keep refrigerated.  use within 3 months after opening.  Try add juice to milk to make a slightly curdled yoghurt-y drink.
